After your bid has been accepted, you've officially been awarded the work. You can find all of your awarded open projects on your dashboard under the "Active" tab.
At this point, the homeowner's deposit will have been taken into escrow and they will start the first milestone. This is when you should start your standard planning process to ensure that you're ready to complete the work when the start date comes around. Keeping an open line of communication with the customer is also critical, so we typically suggest that you reach out to the customer and set expectations within one business day of being awarded the project.
