Messaging within HomeGig is designed to provide pros and customers with a real-time communication medium to discuss project-related matters. A message room is automatically created for a project when a pro is awarded the project. A message room is also created if the customer wants to send a private message to a pro regarding details of their bid, prior to awarding the project to a pro.
