How do I release payment to the pro? Print

You can release a payment to the pro from the project management page:

From your dashboard, locate the project and click on "Manage" option in the right-hand side of the job.
If you're satisfied that the pro has fulfilled the work in the milestone, click "Release Payment". This will release the amount out of escrow into the pro's account.
If you're not satisfied that the pro has fulfilled the work at hand, click on the "Request Refund" button or message the pro noting the additional work that needs to be performed.
