Releasing a payment to the pro should only be done when you've verified that the pro has performed the work as discussed when the contract was initiated. For milestones, the only applicable work is the work defined for the milestone that the payment is linked to.
It's important to understand that you cannot reverse releasing a payment on HomeGig, so it's critical that you check the work prior to releasing the payment.
